Picture of Daytime Moon

Did you know that the moon only reflects a small portion of the sun's light? Only 3-12%! And yet, the moon is a tremendously bright and stunningly beautiful source of light.

As followers of Christ, we are like moons. We are called to reflect the light of Christ. And that can be a daunting task. How do we even begin?

Starting with the Beatitudes from Jesus' Sermon on the Mount in Matthew's gospel, this week's sermon by Rebecca Anderson focuses on Christ's challenge to be people of mercy and compassion.
